The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

Contact Form and Chat Data

We use personal data collected through the contact form and chat function solely to respond to your inquiries and provide customer support. The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in providing efficient customer service and responding to requests.

We use Hubspot as a handler for support and chat. During the duration of the opened case, Your data will be handled there (email address, phone number and name, depending on the amount of information you shared with us during the conversation). This data is removed 3 months after closure of the said case, if no new case has been attached.

Website Usage Data

We use Usage Data to analyze website traffic, understand user behavior, and ensure the proper functioning of our website. The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in improving our website and providing a positive user experience.

Marketing Campaigns

We may use data collected through LinkedIn and Bluesky campaigns to analyze the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in evaluating and improving our marketing activities.

Document Downloads

Vendor Click-Backs

We use single token click-back to vendors to track the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in analyzing campaign performance.

Data sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not share personal data collected through the contact form or chat with any third parties for marketing purposes.

We use Hubspot as our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Data collected through the contact form and chat is stored and processed within Hubspot to manage customer interactions. We may share anonymized data with LinkedIn and Bluesky to track the performance of our advertising campaigns on those platforms.

We may share single token click-back data with the vendor to track the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Personal data collected through the contact form and chat is retained for a maximum of three months after the related inquiry or support case has been resolved

Personal data used for marketing purposes will be retained until the user withdraws consent.

Transaction data will be retained for seven years to comply with accounting obligations.

We collect minimal personal data necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. The personal data we collect is limited to the information you voluntarily provide through the contact form, chat support, or document downloads.

Personal data collected through the contact form, chat, and document downloads is retained for a maximum of three months after the related inquiry or support case has been resolved, or after you download the document.

We will commonly provide the data in CSV format, if this is not possible or you have different requirements, we will agree on an alternative format.

If you object, we will stop processing your data unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling (Article 22)

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. We use automation in many of our work processes, where some may be used for sentiment, support services or other support for decision scenarios. The automation is not entirely autonomous, and the outcome is not based solely on the automated process.
